Reiki for prenatal includes three Reiki healings for the first, second, and third trimester. Reiki has many benefits for pregnant mothers and developing baby or babies. Receiving Reiki during pregnancy helps calm the anxiety of becoming a new mother or adding a child to the family. It also helps the mother become stronger mentally and spiritually to make the best decisions for herself and the baby. Physically, Reiki helps with discomfort, ailments, or pain. The pain relief from Reiki will be helpful for the mother as her baby grows in her womb. The positive energy from Reiki increases the overall well-being of the mother which directly impacts the health of the baby. The session will begin with a 15-minute consultation for the mother to discuss her intentions for the session. Then the mother will receive a full-body, mind, and energy rejuvenation. Reiki sessions involve a gentle laying-on of hands healing technique that uses universal life force energy to clear imbalances in the mind, body, and auric field. Reiki increases the energy flowing in the client. During the session, the practitioner will be sending energy to each chakra point in the body. Having alignment in the chakra points initiates the start of healing in the mind, body, and spirit. Aroma therapy and sound healing will also be experienced during this session. What is Reiki?
