Lavia will provide a 20-minute sound bath at your event. Prices may vary depending on the size of the event. What is Sound Healing Meditation? Sound healing uses aspects of music to improve physical and emotional health and well-being. The practice uses vibrations (vocal or instrumental-like Tibetan bowls, and crystal singing bowls) in order to relax your mind and body.
